I am so tired of this facility messing up my children's bills. They send me incorrect statements all the time by "forgetting" or just not billing my children's insurance company correctly. No matter how many times, they NEVER fix it and now I find out, after 5:00 on a Friday, that they have held a bill incorrectly out of my tax refund. I am ready to go to the news stations. Enough is Enough.
Felt Discouraged When I Took My Newborn Daughter In For High Jaundice Levels And All They Told Me To Do Was Quit Breastfeeding And Switch To Formula. I Recently Took All Three Of My Children In After A 4 Car Collison To Have Them Checked And They Didn't Even Examine My 5yo After She Told Them Her Back Hurt. I Gave 3 Stars Because My Son Had An Ultrasound Appointment Which Took No Time At All, However The Ultrasound Found A Few Things And Im Still Waiting On A Call From The G.I Clinic To Set Up His Appointment. Parking is tricky (lol). Once inside, you will be treated as family. There are very courteous employees at the front desk to assist in whatever you need. Physician's and staff are amazing!
Dr. Gross is neurology is amazing. She has been completely wonderful with my little boy. Beyond thankful to have her as his doctor.
