Horrible! Doctor was rude and would ask a question but cut you off before you could answer. Then I got charged for things I did not have done and they have refused to remove them! Called billing we cant do anything but will send in a request to have it looked at, it will take 2 wks. Call, oh it will take 3 wks, Call oh we will check on it , it will take another week but we will call you, nope no call. Admitting services were draconian demanding a payment of $10,000 before admitting my wife who had a shattered ankle and was sent there by our Orthopedic doctor. They said it was hospital policy but neglected to offer normal term offered to others. Was it caused because because we had Christian Health Ministry coverage which is not regular insurance? Or was it because I we are retired and not employed? They will not say. However the surgery was successful and very professional.
