Our old mailbox fell victim to rust after 10 years. Otto's is the supplier for our neighborhood. So I gave them a call, and they had a new mailbox out and installed in less than a week. Great communication and customer service, and we are very happy with our mailbox and the installation. I thought it might take longer, since they are down in Greenwood, and I'm in Westfield, but that was not the case. Thanks!
We called Otto's after the snowplow took down our mailbox for our business. They came the next day and replaced it with a temporary one. Then within a week we had a new and attractive mailbox installed. Great job.
