Always a great experience using Otto’s. We’ve purchased new posts and mailboxes from them over the last several years and they’re always friendly and helpful to make sure you get exactly what you want. We definitely recommend them and will continue to utilize their services for our residence and client’s that need posts and mailboxes.
They do not stand by their work. They did not replace my mailbox properly for weight distribution, it broke after less than 2 months, and wanted me to pay to replace the whole thing again.
I requested a quote online on Thursday and received a response the same day. I was able to pay online easily and mailbox was delivered and installed on Monday. Fantastic service! I highly recommend Otto’s.

We wanted something above the ordinary mailbox post to replace our worn out post. Otto's certainly delivered. I opted for a 6" x 6" cedar with the corporal top and side ends, steel guard at the base and installation. Although it obviously costs more than the big box store post, it is certainly worth it. Could not be more pleased with the post and the service.
