I think it's ridiculous that at this price point I have to seal the tiles TWICE. at this price point they should arrive sealed.

We are an interior design office, and our client absolutely loved the Otto Tiles Starry Cotton Candy collection! The team at Otto Tiles was incredibly helpful throughout the process, providing quick responses and excellent follow-up after the order. Their attention to detail and customer service made the experience seamless. Highly recommend them for unique and high-quality tiles!
We haven't installed them yet, but we ordered two types of tile from Otto, and they are both beautiful! They didn't have the full stock of what we wanted, but we called, and they worked with us, and helped us find alternatives to meet our timeline. Shipping was prompt, and we have opened all of the boxes and there isn't a single broken tile. Our contractor was very impressed with the tile quality, and I can't wait to get them installed!
