Beautiful tiles, and great customer service. We needed tiles shipped quickly in the middle of a build and they were able to expedite the delivery, no issues. Excellent communication from the logistics team.

Over a year ago I picked out some tile from Otto Tiles and have been working with customer service since then until I figured out my exact dimensions and layout for our new home. When it came time to place the order, customer service was quick and responsive and beyond helpful. We have received the tiles and I LOVE them!
