They showed up when they said they would and did a great job protecting existing carpet, walls, etc. As we were preparing our house for sale, they also took care of a number of smaller items for us and were very gracious about it. Otto Construction saved our 2 bathroom projects after our contractor unexpectedly exited. Connor is a wonderful communicator. Talented, patient and kind sum them up perfectly. They showed patience when hardware selections stalled or when we forgot to move a car for the dumpster drop off. causing it to sit further from the house. They acted as if this was no inconvenience. These guys are abundantly skilled & knowledgeable & their work quality is very high. Their leadership is resourceful & well-connected to many others in the trades, for example when a referral for a smaller project was in order. I’ve seen some of their large home renovation projects & they are works of art! Highly recommend.
Otto Custom Craftsmen replaced 2 exterior doors, repaired the weather-damaged subfloor and caulked the exterior. They worked quickly and cleanly and now our doors are keeping the weather at bay.
