Dr Ottesen and her staff are professional, experienced and very pleasant. I chipped my front tooth in the morning and they responded quickly to fix my tooth that same day. I have been going to her for over a year and never had a bad experience. Highly recommended recommend.
This was my second visit to Dr Ottessen’s practice and it was as professional and efficiently run as my first visit. The staff actually smiles, despite wearing facemasks, and they make you feel welcome. I didn’t feel like I am in a production line. My dental hygienist held an actual conversation with me and it was very enjoyable just being there. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Ottesen and her assistant, Kate, are an outstanding team, They are consummate professionals, working seamlessly to provide care, I did not feel rushed at all.
From the time I approached the door and had my temp taken to the time I checked out I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service I received.
I had a cap fall out that was put in by a previous dentist over a dozen years ago. It was replaced by Dr. Ottesen and assistant Kate. Excellent, professional, friendly, caring service. Highly recommend Ottesen Family Dentistry.

This was only my New Patient Evaluation. There were so many pictures, x-rays and examinations done that I feel there is absolutely nothing about my teeth they don’t already know! My only slightly negative experience was when I went to check out and schedule the next appointment. It was then that I learned they were not a network provider of my insurance. It was quite unnerving to say the least. However, after doing some further research, the problem was resolved. Awesome experience with a single glitch.
