Everything at Ottesen dentistry is professional, well planned, and happy. They greet you with a smile and visit with you while you’re waiting. They make you feel comfortable. The attention to detail is readily noticeable. They are just a bunch of pleasant people to be around. The music is relaxing and they are extremely friendly. I don’t ever feel rushed like I have and other practices.And I am so glad my wife and I switched.

This past Tuesday I had a crown filling come off while flossing. I contacted the dental office to schedule an appointment to get it replaced. Dr Ottensen was out sick but they would get me scheduled as soon as possible. I was given instructions on how to replace the crown temporarily and it worked. Later that day I was given an appointment for Thursday - quicker than I expected. The replacement was done quickly and hopefully more permanent than before (the crown was originally emplaced 5 year ago). I am happy. Thanks.
The Ottesen team identified a couple of problem areas and referred me to two specialists. My bite is now being adjusted and the headaches are gone and the gum specialist is very knowledgeable and treatment is ongoing. Very happy with results, looking very good and more importantly pain-free and got my smile back. As a bonus they also gave me an electric toothbrush head for my Oral B handheld, first dentist to do so!
Very friendly clean place. I’m very nervous about going to the dentist but they are very patient and reassuring.
This collective group of people that complete the Ottesen Practice are kind, highly train, and current on all things dental. They make you feel safe and comfortable as they strive to keep your smile the heathiest it can be!
I went in for a broken crown. They got me in the next day and provided phenomenal care and an excellent course of action. They made me feel important and my issue was as important to them as it was to me.
I love Ms Pamela and all her staff.
