TERRIBLE! Stay away from here. All they care about is money. There was a new person working there every time we called which was often since there seemed to be an issue all the time. Also good luck getting a hold of someone they don't answer their phones and leave the office early. Example 1 bathroom ceiling started leaking called the emergency line since it was not during office hours (no answer), they called back asked if we called maintenance. These people apartments that are black mold infested. When you call their attention to the problem, they fix it with a "bandade" until the problem gets worse and then they repeat the same procedure. They are responsible for providing a safe place to their residents and they don't do that. Sky Property need to be sued. Do Not rent to these people. They are terrible to have to deal with. They don't give a rip about their tenants.

The worst property management possible. If you love being watched with your every move day by day then great. They will fine you on move out for every thing. Taking pictures inch by inch of your place for "proof" for charges. They will not take your safety into consideration. The buildings are poorly built and you can hear your neighbors cough and even worse having s-e-x. I'm a current resident with sky property and I got to say this by far the most unprofessional property management ever. Starting off with major delays to moving in. To very short term (not even 24hrs) to stopping by the house for appraisers. To unprofessionalism when we as residents stopped in to talk to management in person. An older lady with brunette hair treated us with disrespect and had no intention of helping us at all. My sister looked at an apartment in Elizabethtown KY. She was told that the company accepted HUD. She is disabled and on a fixed income. She spent $50 on the application fee only to find out weeks later that HUD is not accepted. During this time she called multiple times and sent numerous emails. The incompetence of the people that work here is unbelievable. The communication skills of the employees is nonexistent. The WORST company to deal with, EVER!!!!

3 out of 3 concerns (in a 2 year time span) I brought to management attention was met with sarcastic replies, the first being upper management calling me a liar when I sent photos of my unit that was disgusting upon move in. Happy to edit my review if things change or if someone reaches out to help me. So far, nothing. Oh, enjoy your roommates. There are thousands of stink bugs.

My family and I really enjoy living here. Lauren and the other employees are all great and easy to communicate with and always responds to our emails and our needs! This is a dog friendly property too and nice neighbors!
