Lived here back in the early 90s in a garden apt with my parents. Was not great back then, but appears even worse today-- 30 some years later.
If the management wants you out they will stop accept rent checks and force a eviction. There is drug paraphernalia all over the place, kids are being rped , homeless gets to live in the halls for free, washer and dryers sometimes work if someone hasn’t shatt and pee in them. And never ask for anything to be fixed because it won’t ever get looked at. Overall terrible place 0/5
Some of these comments has to be lies lol, must know the management Brady. anyways let me give you my honest opinion as of 09-28-2025, I’ve been living here for about a year now I’m really hoping to move really soon. For starter the entire complex be covered with garbage all over the place, their kids run back and forth in the parking a lot with no adult supervision once so ever their small as 5-7 years old. I have applied 3 times at Ottawa Cove. I was never called; yes, I update my phone number when necessary. I understand they switched management, but that should not have affected my application. I recently put in another application a few months ago and I tried to check on my application today. The woman who worked there was extremely rude and refused to even look up my application. I was very polite. She got an attitude with me and said: "Whenever they call me." She wouldn't even check to see if my application was coming up ... read more
While applying for housing the property management has been nothing but helpful and ensuring this process is easy and smooth for me. Property grounds are well maintained and the living units are spacious and suitable for me and my son. We’re excited to hopefully call this place our future home!
