I have applied 3 times at Ottawa Cove. I was never called; yes, I update my phone number when necessary. I understand they switched management, but that should not have affected my application. I recently put in another application a few months ago and I tried to check on my application today. The woman who worked there was extremely rude and refused to even look up my application. While applying for housing the property management has been nothing but helpful and ensuring this process is easy and smooth for me. Property grounds are well maintained and the living units are spacious and suitable for me and my son. We’re excited to hopefully call this place our future home!
I was shocked when I came through Ottawa cove today I moved there years ago when it first opened up and lived there for 14 years I know they're low-income but come on. I always respected where I lived I've never seen so much garbage on the grounds in the hallways and it's like it's one big muddy parking lot out front with cars blocking doorways that even the ambulance couldn't get through with a stretcher It really saddened my heart to see this
Pretty quiet for the most part and management and maintenance are friendly and helpful
Easy access to everything necessary. Some bad apples but management has been diligent in handling problems.
