Drs here are very nice and staff also. I love how the explain everything to so you know what they are going to do. They explain things to so you can understand what is going and what going to happy next. And I’m happy with the work I had done.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and not nice. I was excited to try this dentist since they advertised as being a holistic dentistry but I was quickly disappointed. I needed xrays and they were having a hard time taking them since apparently I have a small mouth and they needed a smaller sensor to take the photos. Dr. Gupta said he would order the pediatric sensor and I could come back and try again. When I came back he didn’t have the smaller size despite saying he would get that one. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician, Melinda, was very professional and thorough. Dr. Gupta explained the results of the exam and answered all my questions.
Dr. Gupta and his team have been wonderful to our family! We brought my son Michael in for a regular cleaning and I briefly mentioned that Michael has a grinding issue. At the time, Michael was five. Dr. Gupta instantly took on my concern and created a course of action. We began an expander journey with Michael and it solved Michael’s grinding issue and also set him on track for a beautiful smile!
