Great friendly gym, Chele is awesome, always upbeat and always willing to help. I'm so glad to be back in town and able to work out here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I absolutely love the atmosphere here! I am constantly being encouraged by the staff and other members which makes me more willing to come, even twice a day sometimes! The owners and staff are more than willing to help you with any of your needs. I really enjoy this gym for how much it offers for both cardio and lifting. I really can expand my workouts and try new things because of the great amount of space and diversity of machines/setups. This place is like a 2nd home to me and I will always come back!

I love this gym and the atmosphere! chelle is so friendly and offers great advice and motivation! she actually takes the time to get to know her members and makes you feel comfortable and at home ! very happy with my experiences thus far

Not your big box gym. Friendly staff, competitive prices, welcoming atmosphere. Chell and Christine are amazing! Spin with Colleen is the best.
