Dr. O’Toole is an awesome doctor. Simply put, he changed my daughter’s life. I am forever grateful for his talent and surgical skills. I had a prophylactic double mastectomy with direct to implant reconstruction done by Dr. O’toole. He is a genius, an artist, a perfectionist, and above all else, truly cares about his patients. All of the women that work with him are incredible as well; they are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I met with many plastic surgeons in Pittsburgh while researching this surgery. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr. O’toole. He and his staff are the BEST!

Out of all the Doctors I've seen, Dr. O'Toole is by far the BEST! He's so down to earth, easy to talk with, VERY knowledgeable! He is here for the patients. I'm so glad he was recommended and I will be encouring everyone who needs to, to go to him! The staff is very friendly as well!
