Service worker was very grumpy...but that could be because her food was very slow coming out of the kitchen and her tips were lousy, or she was having a bad day, or she is a grouchy person. Food was good when we finally got it, not very warm though. Probably won't stop there next time.
Awesome, awesome Thanksgiving dinner....better than the other steak houses in town. Great desserts. Beautiful setting...diverse selection of menu items. Super friendly staff. We've been there several times.

My wife and i married in Estes Park on September 26th. That evening the other side hosted our reception dinner. They did a phenomenal job the room was perfect. elegantly decorated, white linens, beautiful lights and of course that view! The wait staff was very professional and attentive. Our dinners were excellent and I highly recommend the trout. we could not have been happier, thank you so very much and we look forward to seeing you in the future

I've never had such terrible service from not only the wait staff but the manager. It was OK that our order was messed up, it was OK we had to ask for service but what is not OK is for the manager to roll her eyes when the waiter tells u what is wrong. She didn't even try to fix it. She didn't apologize, she wasn't friendly, our waiter never filled our drinks, asked us if our food was ok, nor did he bother to have a friendly demeanor. Have eaten there before and were pleased. Tonight was a disaster. The soda machine wasn't working which our uninterested waitress didn't tell us until I asked a server to send her to our table. Our drinks were never refilled until she laid our bill on the table. I ordered chicken strips, and the mashed potatoes were made from left over baked potatoes.
