I have rented from Otero Reality office for about 19 years now. I love them , couldn’t ask for a better company. They are very nice. Will take time out if there busy schedule to sit and chat with you. I love I’m not just a number to them. I’m like FAMILY.

Anytime we had an issue ,it was fixed immediately,always welcoming when we came into the office,excellent service hands down the best we have experienced
Elise Otero is the best landlord I've ever had !!! Its been almost ten years since I was lucky enough to find her "for rent" sign . Elise is very kind and professional, this also includes her employees. ANYTIME I've needed a repair, big or small, she always follows up immediately with out question. Compared to my experiences with past landlords this was a great relief. Just this week I requested a new window shade as the current one had broken.
