one hour this morning for lab work. that is ridiculous. guess no one supervises on a saturday morning. averaging 1 blood work every 10 minutes.
Leaving a complaint,I was at the Oswego hospital on Saturday evening for burning sensation in my lower back and cramping and I am 7 weeks pregnant, after much waiting I was able to get an ultrasound,the Male tech came to get me and my fiancee came with me, after doing a belly ultrasound he decided he couldn't see the baby that way so he decided to get a probe for a transvaginal one,when he came back he said to me and my fiance " if there is a baby, we will see if not out well" after the ultrasound and much waiting again the ... read more
On 03/25/19 my husband was "seen" at Urgent Care ... sent home after being assured he had only a chest cold ... a little over 12 hours later he was rushed to the E.R. ... he was admitted to the hospital with the FLU ... nice call Urgent Care ... bunch of incompetent idiots ...
the staff is very rude plushie not listening to my concerns made me feel very uncomfortable there with my daughter will never go back
I was in the hospital twice because my chemo treatments were making me very ill. Needed to have 2 blood transfusions and they left the bags and needles laying around in this big bright bio-hazard bag for over 24 hours until my daughter spoke up. Nurses and other staff were in and out and here’s this bright orange bag they all ignored. Also caught c-diff while there so had God awful diarrhea. It was like pulling teeth to get a roll of toilet paper. And the whole week I was there they cleaned my room twice. I couldn’t wait to ... read more

How to improve????? Don't overcharge the people being seen at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton NY for a PHONE CALL from one of your doctors. Seems the P.A.s in the emergency room have to give a phone call to your doctors so they can charge the elderly with a fixed income. So sad that the Hamilton Hospital has to do "kick backs" to doctors that aren't even in the hospital seeing the people they are ripping off.
