My mother passed in 2014 and Oswego County hospice of old age 97. They were there from the day I called them. I was provided with supplies, medication for pain, hospital equipment. Support for any questions I had. They were a big help.
My mom Jeanine Babcock passed away of brain cancer in our home October 9th 2011. Oswego county hospice was absolutely wonderful to our family and went above and beyond for us during our time of need.
Words can not express my level of disappointment with the Oswego County Hospice organization! I contacted Hospice to request support for my brother who was dying of Lung Cancer. A Hospice representative pushed back and essentially refused to support my brother in his time of need (within 2 weeks of when he passed away). I'm not sure if others have had similar experiences, but I want other people to know about mine.
