I needed a second opinion. I emailed my inquiry and got a response within an hour, and was granted a free consultation that same day. The staff was friendly and responsive. Dr. Oswald explained exactly what treatment was recommended and I left the office with a written proposed treatment plan, which included the total costs and estimated insurance contribution.

Can't remember the young lady's name as I had only seen her this time, but she did a great job on my teeth with the water tool and scraping. My mouth is still sore, but it always is after a cleaning. Using the water tool first makes it not as tender as the years passed when I only got scraped with the metal tools. I'll be just fine in a few days and they feel great.

The staff is amazing! They make my visits so enjoyable. They are always helpful, considerate and have great communication skills. Dr. Oswald is certainly concerned with our oral health and suggests options for improvement. He is willing to work with his patients if financial resources are not immediately available. We've been patients for many years and are grateful for the wonderful care.
