Love this office of ladies and gentleman. Everyone is always so cheery and nice. I live in GR now but the drive is worth it for me to keep coming here in Holland. For a lot of financial reasons I didn't go to the dentist for about 5 years. Just over a year ago I started back up and these professionals have really worked with me to get all my treatment done on a schedule that fits me. They get it!!!

I called Dr. Oswald's office late on a Thursday evening because I had a front tooth chip. They called me right away Friday morning and offered me a few different appointment times that day. They got me in and fixed my chipped tooth. They were so helpful and so nice! They made me feel like I had been a patient there for years! I will definitely be going back for regular dental visit at Dr. Oswald's office! :)

The hygienist was kind and gentle since I hate going to get my teeth cleaned. However the dentist was distracted with a party that evening so when he came to my chair, he didn't greet me and he didn't acknowledge that he was looking my mouth. He poked around in my mouth, looked at my x-ray, talked to the receptionist about his party and then left. There wasn't even a "everything looks good". It was one of the worst experiences and I was very disappointed.

We are so sorry you felt ignored. Dr. Oswald had a continuing education class that evening and we were trying to fit an emergency patient in before he left. With HIPPA its sometimes hard to discuss emergency patients chair side. We would never intentionally make a patient feel like they are unimportant to us; we are sorry if that's the way you felt! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback; it gives us the opportunity to grow!
