Phlebotomist tried to draw baby's blood twice and missed the vein twice. We were told we would have to go to the ER to have the blood drawn because she wasn't allowed to try again. Mistakes are understandable but the attitude she had blaming us for not holding her right or the baby for not holding still enough was less understandable. All that pain and stress of being stuck twice and having half a vial of blood drawn only to be told they weren't comfortable sending it off for testing since it wasn't all the way full.
