My Dr s took an interest in my issues. They explained options, risks,benefits, many questions. I was never rushed and they considered my perspective. My most recent visit was very positive including a helpful prescription change. I am grateful.
A real lack attention when it comes to patient records and reporting. It isn't a gossip game all the time. Nice cover for the B.A. Police Department building and they act about the same. Seriously, grow up
Updated review. I had previously said the medical staff were competent, but I can't say that anymore. I met a resident and then her attending, both came to incorrect conclusions about me based entirely on their own biases and with no evidence. The moment the resident saw that I take medication for depression and anxiety, she immediately started attempting to end the visit and refer me to psychiatry despite having very real, very visible, and very troubling physical symptoms (for instance, I started coughing up blood three da... read more
The people at the front desk are rude and mean! I called to speak to a Nurse, must have hit 1 instead of 2 and they scheduling lady gave me the 3rd degree about why didn’t I select 2!! JUST TRANSFER ME!! Wasted 3 mins asking me unnecessary questions! Once you get passed them, the Nurses & residents are great!
