I had dental implants. I felt all pain during surgery. I keep telling the doctor that I was hurting. I told management about as soon as it happened I’ve had nightmares off this surgery. They are withholding my perm teeth until I’ve paid a small balance. I was told by the surgeon that I would have perm teeth the very next day after surgery. I feel that I was not taken seriously. No one is on the same page.

Be careful. A coupon in the mail led to my first (and only) checkup and cleaning at Dr. Oslter's. That day I was told I needed 3 new fillings and 4 replacements fillings. Fortunately I didn't have the $1750 needed to do those procedures at the time, so while saving up I checked with a dentist I knew from church for a second opinion. After looking at the same x-rays from Dr. Ostler and my mouth he said, "I wouldn't go back to that guy if I were you," so I didn't. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ostler's for many years. He has always made us feel comfortable and cared for. He discusses our options with us and makes us feel a part of the process. His technique is virtually painless and he uses the most up to date "painless" procedures. His armchair manner is 5 stars all the way. Of course, his staff is the same.
