Great Customer Service, Prompt Delivery and Accurate Billing.
My sister is on a contract and has prepaid for her oil. Osterman left her, her husband and her 20 month old daughter without propane in the worst chill CT has seen in 50 years. 10 degree high and Osterman is too busy to service a contract customer who had already paid for her propane. Now as a result of Osterman being 2 DAYS LATE delivering the scheduled propane, their well has frozen over. They "yea yea yea" and "the truck is on the way" for two whole days while my sister and niece froze. Garbage company.
Too bad there is no zero star option!!!! AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! ran out of propane twice in 1 WEEK!!!!! they put some in the tank the first time to get me started promising the big truck was coming soon ( never showed up) and 5 day later I was out again in the BLIZZARD!!! of 03/14/17. When you call, you have to talk to 10 people and explain yourself everytime over again and nobody accepts responsibility. They just ask you "do you have another source of heat?" Please do yourself a favor, dont ever sign up
Very personable, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Far more customer-oriented than my previous provider.
