Proven results for bone strengthening, improving balance and overall muscle strength. Marcie, Sue, and Mannie are very welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable, giving one on one coaching to each client. They never fail to lift my mood with their cheerful smiles and caring words. The atmosphere is so relaxed and not at all intimidating for those of us who may be a bit shy or self-conscious . I truly look forward to my weekly sessions with my Osteostrong family!
Recently, they brought in equipment from OKC and provided REMS testing. So thankful they fit me in! The REMS test confirmed my last DEXA was done improperly. DEXA positioning is critical for accurate results. Thank you, OsteoStrong Team!
I was a member for nine months and was assured that I couldn’t hurt myself if I didn’t push too hard. Well, I did hurt myself and may have a chronic condition. The worst part is the owners lack of care and concern for my plight. I hope others reconsider this program as a healthy option for strengthening bones.
