Recently, they brought in equipment from OKC and provided REMS testing. So thankful they fit me in! The REMS test confirmed my last DEXA was done improperly. DEXA positioning is critical for accurate results. Thank you, OsteoStrong Team!
I was a member for nine months and was assured that I couldn’t hurt myself if I didn’t push too hard. Well, I did hurt myself and may have a chronic condition. The worst part is the owners lack of care and concern for my plight. I hope others reconsider this program as a healthy option for strengthening bones.
OsteoStrong is the best place to not only build bone mass, but it helps build muscles. You, the user are completely in control of all movements and it is safer than a gym. You will be coached in assisting you to build bones, strength, and balance. The owners are super great and you’ll feel better.
