Through-and-through, Dr. Z is an expert. He takes the time (an hour and a half each session) to identify the underlying problem, and truly cares about his patients quality of life. I feel so fortunate to have found the unique and personalized services of Osteopractic PT. In just a few short weeks, I went from feeling hopeless to pain-free!

I have been working with Dr. Noah for over two years and there is no one else I trust more. As a Nationally competitive Olympic weightlifter, I ask a lot out of my body each week. Noah has a genuine interest in my success and it shows in his treatments. He always explains his methods and helps me understand why I am experiencing pain. He also communicates frequently with my coach. Noah is one of the best and I wouldn’t be at the level I am at without him on my team. Thanks Dr. Z!

I went in with plantar fasciitis in both feet 6 weeks ago and through dry needling therapy and exercises outside the office I am now able to walk and exercise. I completed 8 miles of walking/hiking this past weekend and couldn’t be happier with my success.

Noah did a terrific job helping me strengthen my knees after I started running again. He is incredibly attentive and truly cares for his patient's well being. He showed me new stretches that I would have never figured out, focused on using body weight to extend the stretch. Thank you Noah/Dr. Z for your help. I'm sure I will be seeing you soon!

I've been working with Noah since 2015. As a national medalist in Olympic Weightlifting, its important to find a practitioner you can trust, understands the needs of your sport or lifestyle, and will not just put a bandaid on your injury, but continue to educate you on how to keep those pains away. I had a torn shoulder labrum in 2015, and Noah was able to help me stay competitive for a long as possible without surgery and hit competition PRs. Now, in a post-surgery rehab phase, Noah has been outstanding in mobilizing my sho... read more

I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for years when I started seeing Noah. A few months ago I was training for my first marathon and hoping to qualify for Boston. During my training, the pain in my foot was frustrating and would not go away! I met Noah and he told me that elctro-dry needling would help my plantar fasciitis. After just a few treatments I experienced dramatic results. I was finally able to do my long runs while keeping the pain at a minimum. During race day, I felt no pain in my foot and was able to run m... read more
