RecommendedHad the best experience receiving therapy for a troubling and hard to diagnose injury. Each appointment was one on one and very hands-on focused. The majority of the time during appointments was spent receiving treatment (ie: dry needling, adjustment, stretching) as opposed to doing independent exercise as I was accustomed to in past experiences with therapy. The Best Care! I had an injury from running and was able to see Dr. Z's associate, Dr. Lineberger, and she was fantastic! I was referred to this practice by fellow runners who spoke - and still speak - of the personalized, high quality care that is offered by Dr. Z and Dr. Lineberger. While I don't wish to be injured again, I will be, without a doubt, headed back to this office.
Dr Z is THE BEST. Personally he and his staff have helped me recover quickly from degenerative disc issues. I am blessed to have collegiate, Olympic athlete children who he has helped as well. Not only is he a genuine, good, person but he is incredibly skilled at what he does. He stays on the cutting edge of technology/techniques in his profession. As an life long athlete with a history of back pain, Noah explained the cause of my pain and administered treatment. Noah demonstrated exercises to reduce the chance of recurrence. I like knowing the cause of my pain and prevention to be proactive for the future. Highly recommend 👍
