I was referred to Dr. Zacharko by my ENT. I have chronic sinusitis issues, and any time I am ill the muscles in my neck tighten causing headaches during the illness and well after. Treatment at OPTC has improved my headaches drastically. Both the frequency and the intensity of the headaches have lessened. RecommendedDr. Zacharko has completely relieved all pain I suffered from plantar faciitis and is now helpiong me with neck nerve pain and has done wonders. I highly recommend him for all your pain needs. His hands on approach to PT has been remarkable. He personally performs all the PT sessions with you. Great job!
I was in a lot of pain and had tried chiropractic care and massage therapy but found no relief. After some exercises and stretching, I felt relief even from the first visit. He focused on helping to relieve pain for immediate relief and taught me exercises for strengthening my muscles to prevent the reoccurrence of the issues.
Dr. Z takes the time to listen, explain and implement treatments that are the most effective I've experienced. He takes the time to educate you about your injury and treatment plan. His unparalleled individualized attention and techniques helped me get back to pain-free running (and daily living), even after prior treatments failed elsewhere! If you're struggling with an injury or looking to prevent an injury, I recommend Dr. Z above anyone.
Dr Z is the best. I have seen several therapist over the years. Dr Z listens, works you through the proper Technic and makes sure you understand and are doing it correctly so that you get the most from your work. He gives you that personal touch you will not get elsewhere, one on one attention.
Dr. Z is the best, hands down. He knows his stuff, and he is personable and supportive in his treatment. He has the patient’s best interest at heart, and he’s always worked with me to get me back to my normal activity level as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him.
