They are very nice & caring about their customers. I knew I had a long wait BUT enjoyed meeting some of the staff.
I purchased a 2017 Impreza in December, and I am very happy with this car. This is my first time doing business at O'Steen and I really like the people and the quality of service.
Great experience, the best I've ever had at a dealership
Great experience. This is not your typical dealership, they truly work for you and do this without the high pressure or bait and switch sales tactics.
Mike Tudor was an excellent salesperson and took time out to listen to me and take care of my family needs as far as transportation. If I had to chose a dealership to refer, O'Steen VW of Valdosta is #1!
