Awesome experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Me and my wife highly recommended them.
First service on my outback. Very good experience. Especially appreciated the nice waiting area--good coffee!
Driving from NC to FL I noticed my warning tire light come on. Looked up the nearest Subaru dealership to my location which was O'Steen in Valdosta, GA. They discovered a nail in one of the tires and fixed it right away so I could continue on my journey. Everyone I met at O'Steen was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this dealership!!!
I went with my grandson today to drive a car and we were assisted by Landon in the sales department. Could not have been nicer, no pressure and explained all options. Met several other people and everyone was super nice. Would highly recommend this dealership and Landon to anyone. Thanks O'Steen for a wonderful experience.
Excellent service and people. We were driving from FL to WI when we hit a wheel barrow on the turnpike. We called O'Steen to let them know we were on our way. They were ready for us, provided repairs and got us on our way. They would be our local go to service dealer in heartbeat if we lived there. Thank you.
We just purchased a vehicle from O’Steen- and were SO IMPRESSED with their great customer service throughout the entire buying process! Dan (sales associate) was AMAZING- listened to everything we were wanting in a vehicle and was very patient and honest. We will absolutely do business there for all of time- they have gained us as lifelong customers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
