I'm not originally from Georgia and I was willing to go out of my way to a Subarua Dealer Ship. From the first phone call I made this location is helpful and the staff is professional/friendly. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and I was able to take full advantage of my extended warranty. I am happy to have had my Subaru worked on at this location and impressed with the staff.
We purchased our Outback in 2014 from Pipkin Subaru and O'Steen purchased the dealership later but we continue to receive top quality service and care for our car. These people are the best. We always look forward to going on service days to the dealership. They are like family. They always welcome our two little dogs and they are prompt and friendly. I bought a 2017 Outback from these guys and my salesperson Hope was a great person and very knowledgeable . I took my Outback in to them for its first 6000 mile service yesterday and the service writer Emily was outstanding

I've never been a fan of buying a car. I always feel like I'm surrounded by vultures...But not at O'Steens in Valdosta!!! Landon and Will were amazing. My car was totaled, I needed a replacement.
