I’ve been coming to Ossorio for sometime and I have to say I’m not impressed. I ordered a 16oz cafe mocha to be had indoors, ice cream ordered for my family indoors as well. We found a place to sit and then my name is shouted out to get the ice cream at the counter along w/ my mocha in a to-go cup. I explained that is not what I ordered and the answer I received: “No you ordered a 12oz.” What happened to customer service? My daughter heard me tell the cashier a 16oz.
