They did an awesome job and they briefly explain everything before hand and after!! Even it was a decade ago seeing a dentist but this people are awesome!!
Everyone operates with the utmost professionalism. We all know how much we dread going to the dentist. The dentists, hygienists and office staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times. They are always reassuring that everything will be ok and that they will make sure if it. They are a great group people. I will never go to another dentist office as long as they are around. With lots of thanks, Patient who has had teeth problems till now.
It was my 1st Visit at dental depot and everyone was so nice and my teeth looked so great after they were finished. The entire staff was helpful and nice and the dentist was great! I will be making them our family dentist!
I was very pleased with the service and customer care my daughter received very professional and caring!!!!!
My two kids had appointments and they got them both xrayed, cleaned, and checked by the dentist in record time. We did not wait long in the lobby and everyone was very friendly and full of smiles. It was a good visit to the dentist! The only thing that would have made it better for my kids was if they had a treasure box when they were done! Lol
I had a broken tooth way in back by my wisdom tooth. It looked like a broken bottle . Sorry thats the best to describe it was so sharp. I kept biteing my tounge in my sleep. I have chronic pain I live with everyday of my life. The Dr knew he was going to have to send me to a mouth surgen :( . But my husband ask if they could at least smoth the tooth down so i would not bite my self in my sleep and i would not be as misrable . He did not have to because all my ins. I love that I'm always called back before my appointment time and the staff is just so friendly and warm!!
We have been coming to this office for a few years and we have had nothing but great experiences! I LOVE how sweet and PATIENT the hygienists are with my guys, explaining everything as they go along. And, Dr Haffner has never been anything but super nice! My only complaint, the train wasn't running today. It like to drove my guys crazy that it wasn't moving! :) Thank you!
I have always been treated kindly, quickly and informed of all options for dental care and follow up appointments. I don't feel like "a number" and will stay with Dental Depot.
