Dr. Haffner and his staff are always friendly and professional. The wait was a bit longer than usual, but they cleaned my kiddo's teeth while we waited. Overall it was a positive experience and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
On discovering a lower back molar had broken after my noon meal yesterday, I called my Dentist only to be told he had too many obligations to see me. It was nearly 4 pm at the time and it was suggested I go to Dental Depot. On my arrival there, unannounced, finding the waiting room full of patients, I explained my problem to the receptionist who got me right in with Dr Haffner who with the help of his assistants extracted said tooth. I've always been a little afraid when I've been to the dentist in the past but I'm very comfortable here. The dentist is still not my favorite place to be but the people are extremely friendly and they always treat me with gentle care and put me at ease.
Was impressed with everything about my visit. Felt comfortable the entire time. Will be making it my family dentist. Waited in the waiting room maybe 5 min. Had a great experience with dental depot. (South)
