Great experience from start to finish! Jordyn was so welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. The rest of the staff was friendly and made the whole visit a pleasant one. I always struggle with picking out glasses for myself but Steven was able to help me pick out not one but two perfect pairs. They even gave me 40% off the second pair! Highly recommend MyEyeDr!
I’ve been to a lot of optometry offices over the years, and this MyEyeDr location is one of the few that truly makes you feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule. I made an appointment to get my annual eye check. Minutes later I get a call from them. They said my insurance said I'm not eligible until January. My plan covers a visit every year; and I have not had my visit yet this year. I told them that, and they told me to contact my Vision Service Provider. I did . Immediately. They confirmed what I already knew: I am eligible for an eye doctor visit right now.
Go here!!!! Don't look any further...great staff with great attitudes...I will be going back for more glasses!!!!!
Love Dr. Avilia- But the store is not worth it. Complained about the cost of glasses being too high and then magically my insurance was ran a different way and it became 50% less. Called back to have a recheck for contacts quoted $50 and to wait 2 weeks. Called back and the price jumped to $174. BBB complaint is the next step.
