NIck, Judd and Stephanie are the best. I can't say enough about them. I truly am going to miss seeing them.
Love it here, the staff is amazing! Everything is easy to understand and the app is great, having videos on my phone of all the stretches I need to do ensures I’m doing them correctly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking outpatient physical therapy.
I personally worked with Shannon at another PT facility. She is a great therapist, kind and compassionate. I am looking forward to working with her once again, as well as the rest of the White Oak Staff soon. I will be available for Sports, Therapeutic, and other Massage Therapy modalities through Peak Form Massage LLC.
friendly caring staff. professional atmosphere lots of new equipment for your streghtening and pain management needs. Receptionist always works to get you in and manage your insurance needs. Very pleased with this facility. it's the only place me and my family uses for our therapy needs
I’m a frequent visitor to OSPTA & I really like how they take care of me . Kristen is my therapist and she’s amazing really .. also the whole crew is wonderful there ... missing Casey who had a baby recently but Theresa, Patrick & Jacob are doing great .. and Stef is a sweetheart... Totally recommend this office if you need any physical therapy.... I basically live there !!! Lol thanks Kristen and crew you’re the best !!!
Kristen is knowledgeable, kind and extremely efficient in her treatment, resulting in faster recovery time and healing. The facility is clean and state of the art. Absolutely would recommend. 5stars.
