Do not recommend at all If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I have lived here 2 years and In that span of time, we’ve had water cut off more than 3 times due to the place not keeping up with plumbing standards, the floor of our apartment fell through to the first floor (yes you read that right) hot water went out 5 times, ac went out, washer and dryer broke, and much more. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! the worst complex you can live in your life, I have lived here for more than a year and I have gone through all the setbacks that you can imagine, since the air conditioning is damaged in the middle of summer, until the fan of my room has more of a week with a short circuit and nobody does anything to solve it. the morning today woke up without water and of course they do not answer in the office, they changed the administration and EVERYTHING EVERYTHING has done badly.

Best of all worlds This is my first apartment . Always lived in a house before. Hunters creek area is what i honed in due to the easy availability of 1) the expressways 2) shopping ( the loop) 3) golf course 4) voted the 21st best place to live in 2011 by CNN money magazine. Great community Right off of Towncenter in Hunters Creek. Great clean community with wonderful staff. Maintenance is quick and great with any issues. had an ant issue near the sink and they cover pest control weekly and now they are completely gone. I am in the 2/2 with 1247 square feet. Floor plan is great, love the sunroom. Area is overall quiet. No issues. Neighbors are great and friendly. Sometimes parking is an issue if you get home late. Osprey Links Luxury Apartments The price is high but you can't ask for better family oriented area. They have movies every month in the community park. Doctors and stores are within walking distance. The office staff are friendly and welcoming not just like most places where at signing time is the only time they smile at you. Anytime I've needed anything I went to the office and they were able to help. They have a great gym for the residents and lounge area (with computers and a media center).
Osprey Links at Hunters creek Great neighborhood, enjoy living here. Nice gym for working out, as well as a complay area to occupy kids while working out. Within walking distance of Publix, walgreens and many other places.
