Verified Renter I have been living in this complex for the past 5 years and there have been major improvements (slowly but surely are getting better) I love living in my apartment but it does take time to get it to your personal standards so don’t go think to crazy outside the box. Be patient and things will workout for everyone.

Verified Renter Quiet community, although there was a shootout not too long ago, but overall quiet. Not enough parking spots. Forced technological amenities were a bit disappointing because they aren’t things I want or use and I’m forced to pay for them.

Verified Renter I experienced a lot of changes in the community lately and I really hope it would go back to normal like it was at the beginning. Crime is up and the appearance for our walkways are not maintained like before. The staff is actually very nice and helpful. I just would like to have the community back to the nice, clean and safe like it was 2 years ago.
