Verified Renter I used to have a good experience until they forced us to pay $50 per car for our own parking permit. It's unbelievable! We are not happy, we paid $111 yesterday, if your permit is not renew they towed your car.

Verified Renter I love where we live. My biggest and really only issue worth mentioning is the rent has increased over $600 within 2 years for my lease renewal. I feel like current residents should not have to worry about such large increases, especially when we pay on time. Honestly I would have given 5 stars otherwise. But we are living in hard financial times and I don’t see how it’s ok for any rental company to add that high of increases.
