Tom and Kim are great, friendly and helpful. Osprey Bay is the nicest kayak shop in Florida, stocked with the best kayaks and gear. I vacation in Florida every year and have rented a beautiful kayak from them each time for over 12 years. Having a quality kayak for my week or more stay has enabled me to explore so much wildlife and so many places. And everywhere I go, people always comment on the nice kayak I have rented. First time there today to get basics for my kayak. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever need anything will be back. Better selection than Bill Jackson's and other kayak dealers in the area. Thanks for all your help today
