Dr. Clark was a fake, condescending, know-it-all who didn't care about me. She talked down to me and didn't return my calls. I couldn't trust her.
I had a coding issue on my bill and so far have spent a month trying to get the coding corrected. The billing department referred me to the office staff. The office staff referred me to the Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant referred me to the office manager. The office manager promised to talk with the doctor to resolve the issue. It's been three weeks since I spoke with her and she has not called me back and will not take my calls.
Dr was a great Dr until she changed practice now we cant get an appointment staff rude and tell you to go to walk in if you dont like it. Thats just the icing on the cake staff is rude, uncaring, and if you get an appointment it was luck. although waiting area empty seems they dont want to care for patients . After 8 years I left with family for a different dr.
I was transferred over due to my Kids doctor leaving and first my first child my appointment was for 845am didnt get seen until 945am. Second i scheduled my daughter for 3pm with school getting out at 225 and was called at 1:15 to tell me i had to come in at 230 to fill out paperwork because she was a considered new patient. Now with my son i didn't have new patient paperwork why would that be? Told them i couldnt and was told i had to reschedule. Nope!! ill find another doctor.
The prices charged at this clinic are unrealistic. Horrible. Would never recommend. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!
Excellent doctor. Works with you to solve not mask a health issue. Genuine honest caring person. I have recommended her to friends and they also feel the same. Her staff is also wonderful and helpful. If you have a concern with staff she will address it and make sure it is handled so that it will not happen in the future. Thank you and your staff !!!!
