I was taken in by ambulance. Staff was very attentive to my needs and to my pain. However no tests were ran except for urine so still unsure if a UTI is the only diagnosis for my pain. Dr was very pleasant and staff was very quick and courteous. I do feel an ultrasound should have been done for the pain to ensure of proper diagnosis tho. Still having pain being referred to PCP and OB so think these tests will be ordered by either or both.
My daughter was admitted to this awesome Hospital, January 2, 2017 for a total hysterectomy. Every employee that we came into contact with asked if we needed anything, if we were all right, if they could do anything to make our stay more comfortable. This truly is how every hospital should be ran. They totally deserve a rating of superior because they did an excellent job caring for my baby girl. Kudos to Dr. Dutta! �
My son was recently born at OSF St Joes and I do not have the words to express how pleased we were with everyone in the Birthing Center. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our every need was met and everyone went above and beyond to help us. I just want to say a big Thank You to the entire Birthing Center staff for helping me bring home a happy, healthy boy.
The reason I would gave them 4 rather than a 5 is based on my ER experience. My time in the ER was pretty much a nightmare. There seems to be a major lack of communication between the nurses and doctors. I probably would not visit this ER again. Once I was out of surgery and moved from the ER I cannot say enough about the nurses that took care of me during my recovery.
