Received a notice through My Chart yesterday to print a new application for financial assistance, but I don't have internet or a printer. Stopped by the financial assistance on Pioneer Parkway yesterday and it's been closed and the phone number on the door does not have a voicemail, Noone answers the phone, so no way to get any assistance. My grandfather was in the hospital for a couple weeks and he had the best team of nurses, surgeons, and doctors. Great hospital. Would love to nominate his night nurse for the DAISY Award but I am not sure of his last name. Is there someone I can email to get his last name so I can complete the form for the nomination?
On 07/21/25 I was in room 201 and Jared was my nurse and he was amazing I mean the best nurse I’ve had in a long time if I could give him 10 stars I would, amazing job Jared keep up the good work
I would give 0 stars if I could. They have lied to my family repeatedly. They make too many “accidents”. Your mood should not impact the way you work. As a company that apparently loves Christ you sure do have a bad way of showing it. You should help your patients and not hurt them when handling a patient in a coma. Do not trust this hospital with your loved ones. I’ve had to update this review far too many times because of their horrible service. I expected professionals but they act far from it.
