terrible terrible hospital. was told to come here by a sister hospital and after driving 40 minutes here we were told they wouldn’t accept my 3 week old sons urine sample because they don’t accept meridian insurance. it should truly be illegal to deny anyone, especially a 3 week old baby, of important testing because your hospital doesn’t accept their insurance. wish i’d gotten the name of the supervisor who was SO rude.
RecommendedAlways the best care with a Exceptional staff. I was inpatient in December 2019, excellent nurses and doctors. Very pleased with the overall care I have received.
Trash. They pick and choose what customers they care for. I understand you guys don’t aren’t covered by Meriden health but when I said I would pay everything in full to bill it to me they still denied my care ?? And for my son who is less than 6 months who has a fever. Literally baffled me . I have to drive a couple towns over just to get influenza test for me and my son to get our medications. Shame on you

I sat 2 hours in the ER waiting room with an open cut on my foot, and even after telling the staff I was on blood thinners I was still not a priority and 2 other patients were called back before me. I would not recommend the ER to anybody however I will say I walked out of the ER waiting room and went to the prompt care in the medical building and was taken right in and the care I received there was amazing
