Waited at the ER for four hours. They drew my blood and connected me to an ekg machine for a few seconds and sent me back to the waiting room. I never got to see a doctor. The care here is awful, no compassion or communication within family or loved ones. Every Employee is entitled. I wasn’t allowed access to my loved ones or my phone. they isolated me
I am extremely disappointed with the care my wife received at OSF HealthCare. What should have been a supportive and attentive experience turned into frustration, confusion, and a complete lack of accountability. From the start, communication was poor. We felt like we had to repeatedly advocate for basic answers, and even then, information was inconsistent or unclear. The most unprofessional doctor's and nurses, I had Doctor Boratio in Morton and nurse Eskine both are rude and incompetent, they don't bother knowing a patients health history before jumping to conclusions, and throwing temper tantrums like children, I attempted to see Doctor Wade Carlson but found him and staff to be just as rude and incompetent, it's time for me to try Methodist or Proctor and see if there staff is better.
