OSF initially contacted me and assured me they were taking our concerns seriously. We were told the review would take approximately 30 days. Instead, we waited months with absolutely no communication—no status updates, no courtesy call, and no attempt to discuss our concerns. The first thing we received was a generic letter stating they found no issues and would not adjust our bill. Hands down do not go to this hospital if I could give them one star I would I came in at 9pm and didn't get into my room until 2am when i did get into the room I explained to the doctor my problem which is bad dental pain when i told them this they decided to do a nerve block so they put this giant needle in my mouth poking my comes and putting numbing in my mouth it never worked i told the doctor I was still in pain he told me he woild be back in 15 minutes not only did he not come back but he went ahead and discharged me a... read more
Labor and Delivery was amazing Nurse Madison and Karen are angels, The anesthesiologist Cole talked to me about everything he was doing because he knew I had anxiety. 2 c sections I’ve never had a anesthesiologist care and listen like he did . They put my mind at ease I knew I was in safe hands !! Keep up the good work guys ! Maybe I’ll see you guys again in a few years
The ER department needs serious help! Been here for over 12 hours & some nurses are very rude just sitting at the nurses station on their phones, ignoring call lights, refusing meals or any updates...I will be changing hospitals
