Laura Stone at OSF Behavioral & Mental Health has been my guiding therapist for almost a year. She is incredible! Her listening and coaching skills are first class, I feel lucky to have her and the support team help. The intake team are responsive to scheduling needs and not once have I had to wait. Horrible experience. Felt coming out of the program.
They are not proactive at all when it comes to helping you with appointments. Their 15 minutes late policy is horrible and should be flexible as it's a place for mental health. I mean the therapist has an hour block scheduled for you and if you are 20 minutes late and are just having a hard time in life they just won't see you and will cancel your appointment. What does the therapist do for that hour? Just not happy with this place at all...
Staff is unorganized cancelled several of my appointments. Poor communication between front staff and therapists.
