I really like Lisa Childers she is a very good counselor
They seemed to have removed my review so figured I’d leave another. They kicked me out due to 3 “attendance events. Now let me explain. 1. I left 30 minutes early for work. I was still there from 8-2:30 2. Insurance was supposed to send me a ride home but didn’t. So for the last 45 minutes I was on the phone with insurance trying to figure out transportation. Disappointed, adult son discharged (kicked out) after only attending a few hours. I was under the impression that this place supported adults with Aspergers/ADHD/Autism 😕. It sounds as if he was removed due to typical symptoms (fatigue from poor sleep schedule, severe anxiety from being out of his comfort zone, & some apathy about being uncomfortable). This is a leased office with non OSF employees. No one every answers the phone because the office manager is LAZY. She will never be reprimanded for her behavior because the doc that pays the lease on the building does not care about you. You are a just another client on the conveyor belt of care. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
Laura Stone is amazing for individual counseling. Larry is awesome for marriage counseling. I highly recommend both to anyone that could benefit from their services.
