My 3 year old had bilateral eye surgery this morning. I'm still over the moon with the treatment she received from the receptionist, anesthesiologist, nurses, Dr. Gore and Stacy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for making her day as positive as possible.
OSF has really gone down the toilet. Very poorly ran hospital that has lost sight of what’s important.
I had hernia surgery performed by Dr. Jennifer Kim. She used a robot. I had inguinal hernias (both sides) and a smaller one around the umbilical cord. Everything went smooth and successful. No muss no fuss. OSF staff were great. Dr. Kim explained things very clearly and has a great personality. I gave a 5 because I really can't imagine how my experience could have been better.
My Surgeon Dr.Chandler Donovan Wilfong was really nice and the his staff was really nice helped me and friends really well.My Experience was top 5 with them and I was really glad and happy that Dr.Chandler Donovan Wilfong drew me a couple diagrams of a normal stomach and my stomach whats not normal really helped me to understand. Horrible dr. Did corrective gastro surg on a close relative who contracted hospital pneumonia after surg. Promised he would follow her care an nutrition since we didn’t know the surg outcome yet. A perfectly abled and independent person was just doped up thru “rehab” at Kindred, discontinued nutrients while still unable to eat, and threw in nursing home to starve to death and die.
