I tried to pay for services when I arrived. They said we don't need this right now. They never asked for payment. When I called to try to find out whether it was a free service or if we still needed to pay for it, somehow they gave me the runaround!
The staff is nice but they really need to work on the wait time. They over book patients and it take about an hour minimum no matter what you came in for. I came in to an appointment to realize I just needed paperwork. They canceled the appointment while I was there and said I would just have to wait for the paperwork. I waited 1 hour for the paperwork..... that is unacceptable.
