I'm sure that there are some good PCPs at OSF, but I never found one I liked. Out of sheer desperation I reached out to Knox County Health Care. I am so happy I did! They are the best group of care providers I've ever had. I occasionally have to be referred to a specialist at OSF, but for your primary team, you can't bear Knox County. You matter to them. OSF could care less.
Love OSF doctors and hospitals and always have had good experiences when I have to visit.
Jackie Spence is my PA. She is on time, professional, thorough, and she listens. This continues to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Doctor.
