Spent four months trying to call, leave messages, schedule an appointment.. My medications ran out and I’m now in the ER. My primary care physician passed away and I tried to transfer to OSF Primary care. When I stopped by the office they gave me the same exact number I’ve been calling on a post-a-note and told me to call. Worst experience I’ve ever had and now I’m honestly nervous about my health that was once under control.

I had to see an NP here because my original doctor left the practice. I had been seen in prompt care for abdominal pain and lab results warranted a follow up ultrasound. Out patient services stated that it is 2 weeks til their next appointment. I went to the office to be seen my Heather Howell and have since had the most infuriating experience. She told me that her hands are basically tied and she can't get me in sooner as an outpatient, but if I felt that my labs and my pain warranted getting one sooner, I should just go to... read more

Their waiting time is the worst in my life. Last week, I brought my two kids there for regular medical exams because school required it. It was the first time we visited this clinic. We waited 30 minutes after our appointment time passed, then 30 minutes in the middle, then another 30 minutes at the end, so we spent about 3 hours in the clinic.
